Yasmin Brissac: Wife, Chair of River Crossing’s Technology & E-Commerce Practice Group and Co-Chair of the firm’s Legislative Practice Group.

Yasmin was born and raised in Brazil until moving to New Jersey with her family in 2008. She started her political career right after graduating from Rutgers University with a Political Science Bachelor’s degree, working at the Middlesex County Democratic Organization where she served as a key figure coordinating fundraisers, political events and campaigns.

Since joining the firm in 2020, Yasmin has worked with a diverse range of clients from Tech to Non-profits, helping them navigate the legislative process and build important relationships within NJ politics and government. Her contributions have earned her recognition, including a spot on Insider NJ’s 100 Lobbyists List and the ’50 Under 30′ award from the Meadowlands Chamber of Commerce.

In her personal life, Yasmin enjoys practicing yoga and meditation, listening to podcasts, attending music festivals and cheering on the Yankees alongside her husband and her dog, Jordan.
