Timothy White is Chair of the Public Affairs Practice at River Crossing Strategy Group, where he also serves as Co-Chair of the Local Government and Real Estate Practice Group and Managing Director of the Northeast Florida office. A seasoned strategist, Tim has built a reputation for delivering high-impact public affairs campaigns, with deep expertise in infrastructure, energy, and real estate development initiatives.
With over two decades of experience in government relations and communications, Tim has led successful advocacy efforts on complex policy issues ranging from education reform and cannabis legalization to technology regulation and public utility approvals. Widely respected for his strategic insight and collaborative approach, he brings a practical, results-driven mindset to every engagement.
Before joining RCSG, Tim founded and led the public affairs division at Beckerman, and held senior roles at MWW Group. He also served in political and governmental leadership roles across New Jersey, including as Political Director for the New Jersey Republican State Committee, Special Assistant to Bergen County Executive Pat Schuber, and on transition teams for Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop and the late Mayor Glenn Cunningham.
Tim is deeply committed to civic and community service, currently serving on the New Jersey City University Foundation Board and as Chair of the Public Affairs Committee for the Meadowlands Chamber of Commerce. He holds degrees from NJCU and Fairleigh Dickinson University and was named one of New Jersey’s Top 100 Lobbyists by Insider NJ in 2024. Outside of work, Tim enjoys golf, distance running, and spending time with his wife Ani and their daughters, Sevana and Siena.
