River Crossing Strategy Group promotes Yasmin Brissac to Legislative Associate
Longtime Middlesex County Democratic Operative to Assume Increased Client-facing Account Responsibilities
(Trenton, N.J., October 19, 2022): Former Middlesex County Democratic Organization operative and aid to Chairman Kevin McCabe, Yasmin Brissac, has been promoted to Legislative Associate at River Crossing Strategy Group.
“Yasmin is a very talented young woman. She has a wide political network and has demonstrated exceptional organizational skills. She is a rising star in Democratic circles. Yasmin joined RCSG in 2020 after working for the Middlesex County Democratic Organization (MCDO) and Chairman Kevin P. McCabe for several years. Yasmin served as a key figure in coordinating events such as fundraisers and political events. She has considerable experience working with local and statewide political organizations and campaigns.
Yasmin was raised in Brazil until she moved to Middlesex County in 2008. Her interest in politics and government grew after she attended Rutgers University for her undergraduate degree. During her studies, Yasmin interned for NYSDC during the 2016 Democratic National Convention, and upon graduation, she began her political career at MCDO.
