RIVER CROSSING HELPS GAS AND CONVENIENCE RETAIL GIANT EXPAND GEOGRAPHIC FOOTPRINT

Working with one of the largest and most widely recognized gas and convenience retail companies in New Jersey, RCSG helps lead its strategic expansion into the central and northern regions of New Jersey.

RCSG works in partnership with the company’s real estate division and outside professionals to overcome local and state land-use permitting and regulatory challenges.  We do this by working with senior level officials at key executive branch agencies to produce a cooperative approach to solving issues that arise during the course of construction. To date, RCSG has helped to facilitate the successful opening of dozens of new gas and convenient store locations throughout New Jersey, supporting the company’s established business growth and expansion plans.
